Dr. Payam A. Azizkhani is originally from Huntsville, Alabama. He graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2017 with a bachelor of science in Biology. In 2018, he received his Master’s degree in Biomedical Health Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He completed dental school at the University Of Louisville School Of Dentistry in 2023. Lastly, completed his General Practice Residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital in 2024.

Dr. Azizkhani exemplifies integrity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for improving lives through dentistry. He understands that a visit to the dentist can be daunting for many, and thus prioritizes building trust and rapport with each patient. He possesses a wide spectrum of clinical skills. Whether performing routine restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, or complex full arch rehabilitation his #1 priority is patient satisfaction and comfort. He’s committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements and cutting-edge techniques with his continuous pursuit for continuing education. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Azizkhani enjoys playing sports (basketball, golf, and tennis), weightlifting, traveling, and eating various ethnic foods.
